Customising ensures that the 360 Degree Feedback is relevant to your organisation. The Q-OPD 360 Degree Feedback Questionnaires and Reports can be tailored to your exact specifications. Such tailoring would include: your Company Name, choice of Competencies and Questions (i.e. Behavioural Items). In this way the Questionnaire and Feedback Report would reflect the behavioural and attitudinal elements of your organisation's Vision, Mission, Strategy, Ethics, Standards, Culture and commonly used organisational jargon. QUALITY CONTROL
We ensure that the 360 Degree Feedback Report your receive accurately reflects your strengths and weaknesses. In the Q-OPD Bureau the rater response data must be entered twice into the software. This enables an automatic cross checking by the computer to ensure that the 360 Degree Feedback Report is accurate, relevant and relates to the individual or group in question.
