Reports available are:

Individual 360 Feedback Report - a 35-page report that shows the
feedback from up to 10 assessors for one appraisee. Contains graphical analysis
and written comments.

Team or Divisional 360 Reports - shows the developmental areas and
strengths for a group and provides a training needs analysis
- Mini Survey 360 Degree Follow-Up Report - provides
essential feedback on the chosen developmental areas 6 months after the full
360 Degree Appraisal was conducted.

The Q-OPD 360 Degree
Feedback Report format provides a wealth of information relevant to the
effective development of the individual or team. It differs from other systems
in that it:
Utilises a Frequency
Scale - assesses how frequently the manager is demonstrating the
particular behaviour, i.e. it uses a non-judgmental or frequency / quantitative
scale rather than a judgmental or qualitative scale
Provides a Difference Analysis - displays the gap
between current and expected performance for each behaviour thus supplying 'Do
more' / 'Do less' feedback to the individual
Shows comparative feedback from different assessor
groups - boss, self, co-workers, direct reports and others. Thus the
individual can identify if certain groups perceive him / her more positively
than others
Contains an Overview section at the front of the
document - this shows, at a glance, what the strongest competency
and top two behaviours are as well as the weakest competency and bottom two
behaviours
Includes Verbatim comments from all the assessors -
these comments, which are re-typed by the bureau so as to maintain assessor
anonymity, provide valuable insights from colleagues
Uses a Distribution
Grid - shows the range of responses for a particular behavioural
item from all of the assessors. If there is a wide range of responses it may
indicate that the manager lacks behavioural flexibility and tends to use the
same 'style' with different people or uses different styles with different
people Features a Unique Performance Index
(PI) - easily identifies strengths and developmental
areas
Concludes with an Action Planning Section - provides
instructions on how to progress with the results as well as a section in which
the person can identify their Developmental Behaviours (up to 3) and write down
their Action Plan.
