is an Occupational

As an
Occupational Psychologist Nina specialises in organisational change through
people. As a former senior manager in industry she understands the difficulties
and challenges faced by leaders on a daily basis and so when working with a
client organisation she works closely with them to ensure that the
organisational as well as individual outcomes are met. She believes strongly
that a 'diagnostic' needs to be made prior to any intervention. Using an
evidence based approach, 360 feedback and a wide range of assessment
instruments to ensure a baseline is set and that frequent measures are made
throughout the intervention. The information obtained from the diagnostics
enables the programme to be tailored to the group's exact needs and to help
target management / leadership development.
As a Trainer
of Trainers of NLP, Nina and Richard hold certified and accredited NLP
practitioner programmes. NLP enables managers and trainers to communicate more
effectively and create change more easily in others. Many delegates have been
trained as NLP Practitioners by them including the professional trainers in the
Army.
As an
Executive Coach she works with a number of Board Level and Senior Managers. She
also works with private clients in a coaching capacity to enable them to
achieve their true potential Nina Len believes in giving back to the community
and her roles outside of business has included Chair of the Board of Governors
of a School for Autistic Children, Magistrate and committee member of various
