Nina Len is an Occupational Psychology, a Certified Trainer of NLP and an Executive Coach. Since writing her thesis on the 'Development and Implementation of 360 Degree Appraisal systems', she has also specialised in Competency development and the design and implementation of 360 Feedback appraisal systems for organisations . The Q-OPD 360 Degree Feedback system was designed by her and has several unique features. The Q-OPD 360 feedback questionnaires and reports are available to clients – you can have customised questionnaires or use the well researched Q-OPD 360 questionnaires.

As an Executive Coach she works with a number of Board Level and Senior Managers. She also works with private clients in a coaching capacity to enable them to achieve their true potential.

As an Occupational Psychologist Nina specialises in Personality testing for selection or development of Managers / Executives drawing upon a wide range of personality tests that are only available to qualified Occupational Psychologists. She uses her expertise to produce detailed personality reports that can be used as part of the decision making process at interview or to help target development.

Richard was formerly the Strategic Development Director of a Multinational Company and former MBA Lecturer at Henley Management College. He established the UK's first Disease Management Organisation, Proman International that worked with the NHS, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and medical charities. He was later appointed Strategic Development Director and then Head of Disease Management at Quintiles Transnational Corporation.

As an Executive Coach he works at Board and Senior Manager level. His specialist areas include: Leadership and Corporate Governance Development and Powerful Presenting skills for leaders. He has designed, delivered and evaluated numerous development programmes for senior managers, including workshops on Mentoring, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence.

David Farrant: is an NLP Practitioner, 360 Facilitator and specialist Coach/Trainer. He specialises in radically improving the performance of companies or individuals involved in complex sales. The scope ranges from assistance in hiring appropriate people, making sure people are in the right job, discovering the knowledge, skills and attitude gaps and delivering what it takes to rectify that. David recognises that sales performance is not exclusively the domain of the sales person and assists management teams in the development of strategy, organisation, process, skills, knowledge and attitude to improve sales team efficiency.

David was formerly the Sales Director of Hewlett-Packard, leading HP's major business projects (100M$ plus) across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, Director for business into the UK Communications and Media markets (400M$ PA).
David Farrant

Rod Simnett: is a Human Resource Consultant and Trainer specialising in systems and processes that enable clients to select, manage and develop staff in line with their business objectives. Rod has a Degree in Education and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Rod is a proactive and enthusiastic professional with an expertise for designing and implementing Development and Assessment Centres that make a real difference to both the individual and the organisation. His particular expertise is in the area of Development Centre led programmes. He has successfully designed, produced and implemented policies and tools for the selection and development of staff from a range of professional backgrounds from Senior Manager to Call Centre staff in a wide range of industries. He is qualified in the use of psychometrics and personality questionnaires for selection and development. Recent projects include: 1) Training managers in competency based interviewing and assessment techniques for panels and assessment centres. 2) Designing and implementing elements of a performance management system that included a competency model , job families, appraisal and assessment tools and training to ensure a sustainable implementation.

Prior to his consulting career held Technical, Management and Human Resource Development posts in the IT industry.

Barry Green is an important part of the Q-OPD team providing IT support for the 360 feedback instrument and in maintaining the website.
