1. Who we are.
Q-OPD International is a consultancy that provides innovative solutions for people development.

2. How we intend to use your data.

When you fill in our contact form you agree to us processing your data in order for us to mail you back. We will hold your data on our mailing list with interest in contacting you at a later date to promote our services. At any time you can request that we delete your data. In which case we will do so.

If you are a client of ours OR If you have given us consent to mail you then we will process your data in the following manner:

We will hold that data in a master spreadsheet and on our mailing software in the cloud.
We will use your email address to contact you about relevant information.
We will hold that data in list management software that enables us to mail you with news and opportunities, and that also enables you to unsubscribe with one click. The third party we use for our mailings are GDPR regulated and secure.
We will hold your data until you ask us to erase it or update it.
We WILL NOT pass on your information to ANY third party unless explicitly called on to do so by legal bodies of authority.
We will hold your data for as long as you are our client.
On your request we will delete your data from our records.
On your request we will add you to our ‘unsubscribe’ list to communications from us in the future. In this instance should you wish to be added back on our list we would need explicit consent from yourself to do so.
On your request we will update your data. It is our responsibility to update our data as and when it is necessary but, don’t forget, we need you to tell us when and if it changes.
